UI overview

@plumile/ui provides shared React UI primitives, layouts, theme tokens, and admin-oriented visual components. It is public but specialized: it supports Plumile application conventions rather than trying to be a generic design system for every React app.

Install the package with its React and i18n integration dependencies as needed by the consuming application.
