Backoffice React owns Relay integration helpers for Plumile-style applications. The package exports environment configuration helpers, mutation outcome resolvers, and runtime utilities that sit above backoffice-core contracts.

Keep Relay-specific behavior in the React integration layer. Pure manifest and URL-state logic belongs in @plumile/backoffice-core.
